If your practice offers products in-practice or through another physician-supervised channel, we encourage you to apply.

Your application covers your business and contact details (name, phone, company name, and address), your business type, how you plan to offer RYZN products, your expected initial order volume, your timeline to first order, and the product categories your practice focuses on. You’ll also set up your partner login as part of the process.

RYZN operates on an at-will wholesale model — pricing is quoted per order based on the specific products and volumes your practice needs, rather than a fixed public price list. Once approved, you can request a quote directly from your partner account.

Yes. Standard minimum orders are 6 vials across at least two separate products. Exceptions down to 4 vials can be made on a case-by-case basis — contact your account representative if your order falls below the standard minimum.

Yes. All RYZN products are third-party tested. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for each batch will be available directly on the site soon — in the meantime, reach out to your account representative for current documentation.

We never share your practice’s information with third parties. Everything you submit — application details, order history, and account information — is used solely to manage your partnership with RYZN and is never sold or disclosed outside our team.

Order & Fulfillment Policy

Order Confirmation

All wholesale orders are confirmed via quote and invoice prior to fulfillment. By submitting an order, your practice agrees to the pricing, quantities, and terms outlined in your quote.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled any time before your invoice has been approved and paid. Once payment is received, the order is final and moves directly into fulfillment — it cannot be canceled or modified after that point.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match what was confirmed on your invoice, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected items. We’ll work with your practice to resolve the issue via replacement or credit, at our discretion.

Product Returns

Due to the nature of our products, RYZN does not accept returns for reasons other than shipping damage or fulfillment error. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
