Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast and with options. Free standard shipping on orders over $200 (order total).

Available methods may include:

  • USPS Priority
  • FedEx 2 Day (business days)
  • FedEx Overnight
  • FedEx Overnight – Signature Required
  • FedEx Saturday Delivery for eligible Friday orders placed before 12:00 pm PST

Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 pm PST typically ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Payments

For now, we do not accept credit cards. We currently support Zelle and Venmo.

Zelle

After checkout, your Zelle payment email and instructions appear on the confirmation screen and in your order email.

Open your Zelle app, enter the payment email provided, enter your order total, add your order number in the memo if prompted, and send.

Venmo

After checkout, your Venmo handle and payment steps appear on the confirmation screen and in your order email.

Tap the Venmo handle to open our account in your Venmo app, enter your order total, add your order number in the notes/memo field, and send.

We treat your information with discretion and follow applicable privacy laws.

We do not sell or share your personal or order details. Information is used only to process and support your orders.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our research products, returns are not accepted.

If your shipment is incorrect, incomplete, or arrives damaged, email orders@getryzn.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our team will review and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Ordering

You can place orders on our website 24/7.

Once your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it is packed and shipped via a reputable carrier such as USPS or FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email with shipment details once your order leaves our facility.

At checkout, you can create an account or check out as a guest.

Creating an account allows you to:
