If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email orders@getryzn.com with your order details. Our support team will review and work to resolve the issue quickly.

Order cancellations must be requested by email before your shipment leaves our facility. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
