Shipping and Payments

Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 pm PST typically ship the same business day. Orders after 12:00 pm PST, or placed on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.

Methods may include USPS Priority, FedEx 2 Day (business days), FedEx Overnight, FedEx Overnight (Signature Required), and FedEx Saturday Delivery for eligible Friday orders placed before 12:00 pm PST.

Yes—free standard shipping on orders over $200 (order total).

At the moment, we don’t accept credit cards. We currently support Zelle and Venmo. Payment instructions appear on your confirmation screen and in your order email. For payment help, contact orders@getryzn.com

Returns and Refunds

No—because our products are sensitive and handled under strict quality standards, we can’t accept returns.

Email orders@getryzn.com with your order number and details (and photos if applicable). Our team will review and work to resolve it quickly—replacement may be arranged when appropriate.

Cancellations must be requested by email before your shipment leaves our facility. Once it ships, it can’t be cancelled.
